Jungle Gym Basketball Court Policies & Rules

1. All members shall comply with the general policies of the Jungle Gym as written on posted signs of both floors of the gym.
2. Prior to using the Basketball Center, all clients shall fill-out a "Waiver Form" and sign-in at the front desk of the Jungle Gym
3. In order to use the Basketball Center, you shall either be a current member of the Jungle Gym, a member of the "Justin & Jack Ruetz Basketball Center" or pay a daily fee for its use.
4. A sign-up sheet will be available at the front desk of the Jungle Gym to make a reservation for a time slot to use this facility.
5. The availability of the Basketball Center will be dependent upon Basketball League and Summer Camp schedules.
6. Only tennis shoes will be allowed on the Basketball Center wood floor. (No hard shoes of any kind will be allowed inside the Basketball Center.)
7. No hanging on the basketball rim or pulling on the basketball net.
8. A Jungle Gym employee will monitor the Basketball Center to ensure adequate safety measures.
9. All players using the Basketball Center assume the risk of any injury incurred while using the facility.
10. Jungle Gym Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow the above delineated policies.
